- 500g chicken breast, cut into pieces
- 1 red pepper, cut into pieces
- 1 green pepper, cut into pieces

For the chicken batter:
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 cup cornstarch

- 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
