Video games have become key raw material for new film adaptations. In past years we have enjoyed premieres such as “Detective Pikachu”, “Sonic the Hedgehog”, and recently the series “The Last of Us” was on HBO Max. The most recent adaptation that has hit theaters is “Super Mario Bros. The Moviefrom Illumination, Universal Pictures and Nintendo.

After having begun its projection in some countries of the world, the film began to receive the first reviews from film specialists. At this time, the film has taken 54% on the Rotten Tomatoes portal.

However, the score that fans have given the tape differs with those of movie connoisseurs. At the time of writing this note, there are more than 250 comments from viewers on the mentioned portal and it has been given a score of 95%.

“Lots of gaming-related comedy in just an hour and a half. Constantly fun and enjoyable, even if you haven’t played the games. Exceeded my expectations!” Kami writes and gives it five stars.
