Now, the Japanese company announced that Street Fighter 6 it surpassed another important milestone after its launch in early June. Specifically, he confirmed that, in one month, he managed to ship the not inconsiderable number of 2 million copies.

To contextualize, Street Fighter V it sold close to 1.4 million copies in almost 3 months, which was below Capcom’s expectations. Despite the criticism, this installment became the most successful in the franchise, with more than 6 million units sold throughout its life cycle.
Of course, everything seems to indicate that the most recent title of the IP will be able to surpass its predecessor. A few months ago, Haruhiro Tsujimoto, representative director of the Japanese company, announced that they hope to sell 10 million copies. Will he get it? Only time will tell.

Street Fighter 6 introduces its first DLC character: Rashid
This was a week loaded with news for fans of the fighting game. Surprisingly, Capcom shared the trailer and more details for Rashid, the first DLC fighter.
Judging from the trailer, the character will have new classic moves and attacks. Also, players will be able to unlock their original outfit from Street Fighter V. The good news is that the wait will be short, as the fighter will join the roster on July 24. It’s worth noting that he will debut alongside a brand new Fighting Pass that will offer both free and premium rewards.
