Street Fighter 6: features, moves, release date and how to unlock Rashid

Street Fighter 6 It’s still a party for the Capcom community. Rashid of the Turbulent Wind will make his debut this month in the fighting game available for PlayStation 5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, and PC via Steam. We tell you all the characteristics of the character and what are the three game modes in which you can enjoy Rashid’s combos.

The character is available starting July 24, 2023, and you’ll be able to experience Rashid’s high-flying content in all three game modes, including:

• WorldTour: meet Rashid in the new story mode of Street Fighter 6 to learn and incorporate their moves into your custom avatar’s skill set, learn more about their past, and increase your bond with this new Master.
• Fighting Ground: Rashid enters the scene as the 19th playable character, with new and unique moves for players to master.
• Battle Hub: Players can earn Rashid-related gear, emotes, and more through this month’s Battle Pass campaign, “Rashid Arrives!”.

Rashid’s abilities in Street Fighter 6

Arabian Cyclone: a new special move that executes a roundhouse kick and creates a whirlwind; It can be used as a standalone strike or as a transition to Rolling Assault or Wing Stroke.

Arabian Skyhigh: a new double jump move that makes it so that opponents don’t know where Rashid will land from the air.

Super Rasheed Kick: Level 1 Super Art that unleashes a devastating kick as it soars into the air.

Ysaar: it was previously Rashid’s V-Trigger move in Street Fighter V. This level 2 Super Art creates a slow-moving whirlwind projectile that can be used to pressure opponents.

Altair: Rashid’s Level 3 Super Art summons a tempest that lifts opponents up before raining down a shower of powerful blows.

How to unlock Rashid in Street Fighter 6

The character will be unlocked for owners of the Deluxe Edition, Ultimate Edition, or the Year 1 Character Pass. You can also try Rashid for free for one hour with a Rental Fighter ticket, which can be obtained in the Battle Pass of the game.
