Ubisoft and Lucasfilm Games have announced the launch of their new video game Star Wars Outlaws, the first open-world title in the Star Wars saga, which will be made available to players on August 30th to live adventures with the cunning hustler Kay Vess.
The video game developer unveiled this title in June 2023, within the framework of the event Xbox Game Showcasea new installment of the popular galactic saga, which immerses the player in a story starring smugglers, set between the films The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi.
In this framework, Ubisoft has announced that users will be able to embody the protagonist of the story Kay Vess and explore unique planets throughout the Galaxy, from August 30ththe date on which the video game will be launched globally.
As the company has detailed in a statement, Star Wars Outlaws will be available for Xbox Seriesx X|S consoles, PlayStation 5, Amazon Luna and for Windows PC, through Ubisoft Connect.
In addition, Ubisoft has also shared new details about the history of the video game and the hustler Kay Vess, who will share exploits with his partner Nix to obtain the necessary resources and crew to “deliver their final blow.”
At a time when the forces of the Empire are distracted by a rebellion that will not surrender, the Kay's thief talent catches the attention of criminal syndicate leader Zerek Besh, Sliro.. In this sense, as the only option to escape from Sliro and his threats, the protagonist will be forced to explore the underworld of the galaxydealing with legendary criminal organizations, such as the Pyke Syndicate and the Hutt Cartel, to gain their support and “deliver one of the greatest hits of all time.”

With all this, the version Star Wars Outlaws standard can be purchased from 69.99 euros. Regarding the version Gold Edition, will be launched for 109.99 euros and finally, the Ultimate Edition will be priced at 129.99 euros.
