One of the most anticipated games of the year is “Star Wars Jedi: Survivor”. This is the sequel to the game of the year 2019 that addresses the events after the fall of the Republic and focuses on the life of Cal Kestis, a young Padawan who was involved in the war when he was very young and had to train in lonely.
This new game takes place five years after the first game and many players want to know more about this story. However, the experience of PC gamers has been affected by poor performance on computers.
Respawn, the developer company, shared an extensive statement for all PC players where they address some of the most common problems when running the game. Some issues can be fixed but there are others that just haven’t been addressed.
“We are aware that Star Wars Jedi: Survivor does not perform up to our standards on a percentage of our PC gamers, particularly those with advanced hardware and certain configurations.
For example, gamers using the latest multi-core sockets designed for Windows 11 have run into issues in Windows 10, or GPUs coupled with low-performance CPUs have also seen unexpected frame drops. We are working on these cases as quickly as possible.”, the statement details.
Within hours of being published on Steam, players have already left their reviews and it has been positioned among the titles with “mixed” reviews.
“First of all I pre-loaded on the 25th and today 130gb had to be updated again, which I don’t understand the idea of pre-loading; on the other hand, it’s so badly optimized that I couldn’t even open the game, the loading cinematic appears and it crashes, that is, I couldn’t test it. I WAS ABLE TO ENTER the subject that has many jerks“, writes Mystic Coyoyo.
“When EA learn how to optimize a game, I’ll change the review. At the moment I don’t recommend that you buy it even with a NASA PC“, Add BookerLights.
“The performance is horrible to the point that 2 hours ago I wanted to play it and I still couldn’t open it, it can’t be that with what comes out they can’t make a decent game in terms of performance. The pre-sale reviews and everything are very nice, but if you can’t play, what good is everything they added to me?”, sentence XxDingi501xX.
