Star Wars comes to Rocket League with items from R2-D2 and other droids;  there will be free content

May the 4th, the day that all fans of Star Wars they want to celebrate big, it’s just around the corner. Psyonix does not want to be left out and that is why it allied with Lucasfilm so that Rocket League receive a lot of items from Star Wars.

Through a statement, Psyonix announced that Rocket League will have a collaboration with Star Wars. Thanks to it, players will have the opportunity to get cosmetics inspired by their favorite droids from the universe of Star Wars.

But what can we expect from this collaboration? To begin with, we have the lot STAR WARS Droid which includes decals for the cars Fennec (C-3PO), Octane (R2-D2), Dominus (K-2SO) and Takumi (BB-8), four wheels (C-3PO, R2-D2, K-2SO and BB-8 – Also includes R2-D2 and BB-8-themed decorations, the R2-D2 Gamer’s Anthem, and the Droid Gamer’s Title, all of which will be sold for 2,200 Credits.

On the other hand, droid packages will also be offered that can be purchased separately. These are the BB-8 (decal, wheels and trim), C-3PO (decal and wheels), K-2SO (decal and wheels) and R2-D2 (decal, wheels and trim) packs. The BB8 and R2 packs -D2 will cost 800 credits, while C-3PO and K-2SO will cost 500 credits.

All of these items will be available in the Item Shop Rocket League starting May 4.

Don’t want to pay? Don’t worry! Psyonix will also offer content based on Star Wars that you can get completely free.

As it turns out, in the Item Shop all players will be able to claim the Rust Bucket Player Title, as well as the STAR WARS R2-D2 (Twin Suns) Player Banner. In this way, you will have the opportunity to show off your fanaticism of Star Wars without the need to spend a certain amount of money.
