Square Enix to Release Final Fantasy VII Aerith and Tifa NFTs

NFTs are a trend that, despite the repudiation of a large part of the video game community, companies continue to try to implement. Square Enix is ​​one of those that does not lose hope of boosting this market through its iconic franchises. So it was with final-fantasy who dabbled in NFTs in the West and today just announced new products including Tifa and Aerith.

A few months ago we informed you that Square Enix would launch a Cloud figure that would mark the debut of the series in the NFT, since an edition offered not only a digital certificate of authenticity, but also included a code that buyers could register on the platform. NFT Enjin to have access to a digital asset that was basically a virtual model of the figure in question, which can be seen in virtual reality.

Soon you will be able to get the first NFTs from Aerith and Tifa

Well, Square Enix is ​​serious about its NFT project and has just announced more figures like Cloud, precisely those of the beautiful and powerful Tifa Lockhart and Aerith Gainsborough, characters from Final Fantasy 7.

It is important to say that, although there are already figures of Tifa and Aerith from the Bring Arts line, the charm of these new figures is that they are based on the original design of both characters in Final Fantasy 7which ran on behalf of Tetsuya Nomura.

As with the Cloud figure, there will be 2 editions of Tifa and Aerith. The basic ($129.99 USD, Aerith, cattail) includes a Bring Arts model figure, plus 1 code that can be redeemed for 1 digital certificate of authenticity. The most expensive edition ($159.99 USD, Aerith, cattail) also includes 1 code to be redeemed on the Enjin platform to access a digital version of the figure.

Both editions can already be pre-ordered, but they will be available and start shipping until April 2023.
