Apparently, Sony wants PlayStation gamers to show off their passion for the brand wherever they go and in a very colorful way. We tell you this since he patented a very peculiar product: smart clothing with screens, customization elements and something similar to DLC.
Any player can currently get clothes from their favorite company; however, Sony wants to join the smart clothing trend. This would allow players to acquire all kinds of clothing with PlayStation motifs. The interesting thing is that they would have removable elements, as well as screens to show animations and other types of decorations related to the brand.

PlayStation wants to offer the clothes of the future to its players
The patent shows garments with removable and interchangeable parts. So players could customize their clothing with items like collars, hats, and more. In addition, various flexible displays could be attached to garments to further increase customization.
Users could display images, designs, animations, and other types of elements on them. The digital decorations could be obtained by playing various titles of the brand, through special dynamics or even buying them, as if they were DLC.
Digital customization would be done through an application, in which players could choose the decorations for the various screens. Now, patents do not necessarily mean that this project will come true sooner or later.
Currently, Sony already offers various clothing lines to its players and smart fashion also already exists in the market. However, PlayStation would be the first company to offer smart clothing for gamers if the project goes through. Below you can see images of the patent that show the idea:
