There are fans of sonic who want to see a new collaboration between SEGA and LEGO that transforms the hedgehog and his friends into LEGO bricks in the form of a whole new game. Today these fans can be happy, since both companies announced a new alliance for a game.
You read that right, it will be possible to see Sonic in his LEGO form in a video game again, something that hasn’t happened since LEGO Dimensionsin which a SEGA franchise package was sold.

SEGA and LEGO announced a new set of sonic
There is no doubt that the SEGA-LEGO alliance is bearing very good results. After the idea came from the fans, both companies took it up, made it a reality and worked on more LEGO toys of sonic.
Thus, today both companies announced one more set, precisely the 5th in the collection of sonic the hedgehogin which the main character is Dr. Eggman.
It’s about Sonic the Hedgehog Sonic vs. Dr. Eggman’s Death Egg Robot, a pack that includes 6 characters, including a large Dr. Eggman robot that the scientist can ride.
This set will be priced at $59.99 USD and will be available from August 2023.

Sonic LEGO will arrive at sonic super stars
Best of all, LEGO and SEGA announced one more collaboration, thanks to which Sonic in his LEGO form will return.
We say this because said alliance consists of the development of downloadable content for sonic super stars which will allow the characters Sonic and Dr. Eggman to take on the appearance of LEGO.
According to the details, these are skins and players will be able to claim both for free. However, to get Dr. Eggman’s, you will need to pre-order a copy of the game.
The collaboration, however, is not limited to this, but there was talk apart of a LEGO “themed expansion pack” for sonic super stars, although no details were offered, so we don’t know how much it will cost. This content is expected to debut sometime in the fall of 2023.
