Russian security forces have safely released two guards captured this Sunday by six prisoners with links to ISIS in a prison in the city of Rostov, in southern Russia, who ended up dead in the operation, according to the Federal Prison Service (FSIN).
According to the official TASS agency, the six inmates were sentenced to 18 years in prison in December of last year by several terrorism crimes, including preparing a bomb attack on the Supreme Court of the Russian republic of Karachaevo-Circassia.
