( Spanish) — The Ecuadorian State Attorney General’s Office confirmed this Sunday the death of 6 people after an armed attack in a restaurant that occurred on Saturday night in the town of Montañita.
The statement added that at least 6 other people were injured and that firearms cases, three cell phones and controlled substances were confiscated.
The statement stressed that the Prosecutor’s Office obtained images from security cameras to try to identify those responsible.
