Much has been said about a possible return of Silent Hill

As you probably know by now, it has been said for a long time that Konami has plans to bring Silent Hill back and big. According to information from different insiders, Konami’s plan is to revive the series with 3 different projects.

The first of the supposed projects would be a remake of Silent Hill 2 that would be in charge of Bloober Team, a team with which Konami already has an official alliance and which is known for its work in The Medium Y Layers of Fear. The second would be a completely new installment, which would be in development at a major Japanese team. The third is a supposed episodic game that would be run by Annapurna Interactive.
