Largest exhibition of Egyptian artifacts to open at Shanghai Museum

The winners of the SGX Orb Awards They reported on Southeast Asia’s dominance in a fast-growing creator economy of live streaming and vertical video, explored whether so-called “sin stocks” still have a place in an increasingly responsible investment world, and told the story of how the financial community is contributing to the impact investing ecosystem.

The winners were announced at Singapore Exchange (SGX Group)’s annual media appreciation night. Since its launch in 2018, the SGX Orb Awards have become a pillar of SGX Group’s efforts to support investors in their decision-making and enhance financial literacy in the ecosystem.

This year’s seventh edition attracted applications from a diverse group of content producers including journalists from local and international print and broadcast media, online news sites backed by publishing and editorial companies, as well as freelance writers such as bloggers and investment websites.

The nominations were reviewed by an independent panel of judges, comprising Adrienne Teh, who is a Managing Director at 65 Equity Partners, and Bill Herder, currently Head of Asia Pacific at FIA. They were joined by Chris Wright, who was previously Euromoney’s Asia Editor and is now Founding Partner at Resonate Global Advisors, and Joe Yan, who is an Operating Partner at Granite Asia.

Each member of the jury brought their extensive experience and knowledge in their respective fields to the comprehensive evaluation of the candidates. The diversity of their professional backgrounds enriched the selection process, ensuring in-depth analysis and fair evaluation.

Since its launch in 2018, the SGX Orb Awards have become a pillar of SGX Group’s efforts to support investors in their decision-making.
