Several explosions have shaken the capital of Ukraine, kyiv, early this Monday, as confirmed by the authorities, who for now have not ruled on possible victims.
“Multiple explosions in the Shevchenkiv district, in the center of the capital. All services are up and running. There will be details later,” said the mayor of kyiv, Vitali Klitschko, in a brief message on his Telegram account.
Anton Gerashchenko, adviser to the Ukrainian Ministry of the Interior, has indicated through his account on the social network Twitte that “the center of kyiv has been attacked with kamikaze drones.” According to the Ukrainian news agency Ukrinform, several vehicles are burning at the site of one of the impacts.
For her part, the spokeswoman for the State Emergency Service, Svitlana Vodolaga, has stated in statements to the Ukrainian medium Suspilne that the attacks would have left several victims, although until now there is no official balance.
