From June 5 to August 5, 2023, a Discussion Forum in the Planning Network for the exchange of reflections on the challenges of territorial resilience in the region. Likewise, between the end of June and the beginning of August, the English version was developed to address the issue together with Caribbean countries.
The objective has been to discuss the relevance of building more resilient territories in the face of external shocks and the risks associated with socio-natural disasters and climate change. To bring this period of reflection to a close, this discussion is being organized, the call of which is addressed both to members of the ILPES/CEPAL Planning Network and to professionals and public servants interested in this issue that occupies the public agendas of the vast majority of countries. of Latin America and the Caribbean.
