“After undergoing the rigorous examinations, the results of which were all within normal ranges, and having spent the night resting, President Santiago Peña has been discharged from the Samaritano Hospital,” the presidency detailed in a statement. He added that he will resume his activities within the framework of the G20.

The hospital reported that heart disease or any other serious pathology was ruled out.
