Samsung Electronics Iberia and Human Age Institutea non-profit initiative promoted by Manpower Group, have come together to promote the talent and employability of young people in Spain with the support of more than a thousand companies.
Both institutions have launched the program ‘Empowering People Talent’which will connect the technical learning of the Samsung DesArrolladoras and Samsung Innovation Campus training programs, with the development of the ‘soft skills’ currently most in demand in the profiles of the Information Technology (IT) sector.
This project was born collaboratively, together with the Human Age Institute, a ManpowerGroup initiative that already has the support of more than a thousand companies and institutions, as reported from Samsung in a press release.
The ‘Empowering People Talent’ employability program is made up of three phases, ranging from practical workshops on personal branding to access to a tool for know the degree of employability of the candidates and their inclusion in the employability platform.
In addition, within the framework of this program, both institutions will hold a conference in which experts and companies will contribute their knowledge of the labor market and its opportunitiesconnecting the educational world with the world of employment.
