The mission of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in the Ukrainian city of Zaporizhia reported this Friday that the land mine explosion has damaged a low-voltage power cable of the nuclear power plant.
Specifically, the explosion has damaged a 6 kilovolt (kV) cable used to provide power for some operations of the plant, near a nitrogen and oxygen facility just outside the perimeter fence of the nuclear power plant, as reported by the IAEA itself in a statement.

On the terrain of the conflict, the death toll from a russian attack in the Ukrainian city of Zaporizhia (south) has promoted to 30, while 88 wounded have been recorded, as reported this Friday by the regional police and ratified by President Volodímir Zelenski.
The head of the National Police, Ihor Klymenko, has stated on Facebook, according to Ukrinform, that “30 have died and 88 have been injured as a result of another Russian war crime in Zaporizhia. Among the dead were two children: an 11-year-old girl and a 14-year-old boy. A 3-year-old girl was injured.”
