Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, Marvel’s Wolverine Y Marvel’s Midnight Suns they wouldn’t be some of the only Marvel video games on the way. We say this because new information suggests that Ubisoft could have reached an agreement with Marvel Games to take over a video game based on Blade.

What happens is that, as the youtuber known as JorRaptor found, an actor could have leaked the existence of a video game of Blade. What happens is that at the end of July the actor Edwin Gaffney published new images on social networks in which he insinuates that he is working on the motion capture of a new Ubisoft video game.

So far, everything is clear, but why do you think that it is a Marvel game and specifically a Marvel game? Blade? Well, what happens is that the actor published an image of a clapperboard in which the name of Marvel appears. The reason why it is believed that it is a video game of Blade is because the clapperboard also mentions B. Tariq, director of the reboot of Blade.

A Blade game on the way?

To this we must add that Gaffney published images in which he appears with Alex Martin, another actor. In them we can see when holding weapons that seem to have the intention of imitating some katanas. Taking into account that Blade usually uses swords to defend himself, many have seen this as a clue that it is a game of Blade.

Now, it is important to make it clear that this does not confirm anything. After all, there is always the possibility that it was a misunderstanding. We will keep an eye on it and we will inform you when we know more about this supposed video game of Blade made by Ubisoft.

Several Marvel projects would be on the way

With the success of Marvel’s Spider-Man It seems that Marvel Games was encouraged to seek various partners to develop more video games. We say this thanks to projects like the hated Marvel’s Avengers (Crystal Dynamics/Square Enix); the acclaimed Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy (Eidos Montreal/Square Enix); as well as those advertised Marvel’s Midnight Suns (Firaxis/2K Games); Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 (Insomniac Games/SIE) and Marvel’s Wolverine (Insomnaic Games/SIE).

That said, in addition to the projects already announced, there are also several interesting rumors. What happens is that in addition to the supposed game of Blade of Ubisoft, EA is said to be working on video games based on Black Panther Y Hombre de Hierro.
