The announcement of Sims 5 would be imminent
We say this because renowned tipster and leaker Jeff Grubb announced on the Game Mess Mornings podcast that Electronic Arts will take advantage of the Behind the Sims Summit presentation to formally announce the new title in the series.
“Sims 5 is also on the way. On this thing next month they’re almost certainly going to announce it, the announcement is coming soon, and I’ve heard it’s very likely to be next month. Expect to hear more from Sims 5 coming soon,” Grubb said.
In case you missed it: a strange bug allowed Sims to commit incest on Sims 4.
Just don’t expect to play it anytime soon, as Grubb warned that while the announcement is just around the corner, the release itself isn’t, but a lot of development time is still needed to be ready.
We remind you that this is unofficial information, so we invite you to take it with reservation. However, you should keep in mind that Jeff Grubb is an insider who has proven to be very reliable sources in the industry, especially when it comes to details of Electronic Arts projects.
