Romania’s Supreme Council of National Defense concluded after that meeting that Peschir had unfairly benefited from his presence on TikTok and the European Commission on Thursday ordered the social network to save data related to possible risks to the electoral process.
The second round was scheduled for this Sunday, but the Constitutional Court ruled on Friday to annul the first round and ordered that elections be called again, on a date that the Government must now determine.
