Review: Xiaomi 12T Pro, a monumental phone to capture the night

The strengths of the Xiaomi 12T Pro

This phone costs 21,999 pesos and has several forts inside. One of the aspects that stands out the most is the 6.67-inch screen, in addition to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 microprocessor, which directly helps the user experience in image editing, as well as running video games on the phone and on Sound.

The main camera of this equipment is 200MP and it has another pair of lenses, an 8MP ultra-wide angle and a 2MP telephoto lens that are complemented by the artificial intelligence software under which the Xiaomi 12T Pro runs. The results on the day are quite good, but where a marked difference is seen is in night shots, where elements of contrasting light do not make a dent in the photograph.

One of the tools that seemed most successful to me is the night mode of this team, which compared to a Galaxy S22 in the same mode, had a clear difference. In addition, the video seemed to me one of its strengths, since it ‘clarifies’ the night shots, which allows for better photography.

Another of Xiaomi’s successes with this equipment is its sound, with two microphones and two speakers on the lower and upper sides, this equipment can boast of having a certification from the Harman Kardon company.

Among the virtues of the screen there are two aspects that stand out, Xiaomi’s own tool, and the phone’s refresh rate, which is 120 Htz. In the case of the refresh rate, this element will allow gaming fans to play video games comfortably, while the reading mode was one of the surprises I had with this phone, since for a person who reads a lot of news, it edits notes from the phone and spend several hours reading this tool was a plus.

The equipment also has a 5,000 mAh battery, with a 120 W fast charge that allows you to have enough battery for the whole day in just 15 minutes.
