Renfe has incorporated 308 military personnel who are in their last ten years of service as company workers in positions ranging from commercial operators to workshop jobs in three public calls launched since 2019.

Of the 308 new workers who have joined Renfe in 2019, 2023 and 2024, a total of 230 occupy positions as commercial entry operators and the remaining 78 are engineering and maintenance entry operators.
