MADRID 23 Nov. () –

The Minister for Digital Transformation and the Public Service, Óscar López, provided this Saturday during his visit to the Acelera Pyme Office in Madrid the latest data available on the execution of the ‘Digital Kit’. The ‘Digital Kit’ program has a budget of 3,067 million euros, so the 2,300 million awarded so far represent around 80% of the total amount committed to the European Union, a little less than a year after it was launched. expires the scheduled period.
On the other hand, López has indicated that the ‘Kit Consulting’, endowed with 300 million euros and through which aid is offered to SMEs with between 10 and 250 employees for the contracting of advisory services aimed at their digital transformation, has granted 7,400 aid, slightly less than half of what was agreed with Brussels to impact at least 15,000 companies.
The minister has also stressed that these data are contributing to Spanish economic growth, highlighting that “Spain is growing twice as much as OECD countries.” Likewise, he highlighted that “this week we learned that the average Spanish salary has had the largest increase in 15 years”, which reflects, in his opinion, a positive economic moment.
