Like Xbox Game Pass and other similar initiatives, PlayStation Plus regularly updates its catalogue to keep users interested. We’ll soon know the identity of the titles that will reach the most expensive tiers in July, but a famous insider got ahead of the official announcement and revealed the upcoming lineup.

For those who don’t know, Sony’s service is divided into 3 levels: PS Plus Essential, PS Plus Extra and PS Plus Premium (Deluxe). The last 2 offer additional benefits, including access to a rotating library of free video games. Active members can play those titles no additional chargeas long as they renew the subscription.

In June, Monster Hunter Rise, Far Cry 4, Football Manager 2024 and 7 other titles joined the paid program’s library. While we wait for Sony reveal the games coming in July, a reliable source leaked the alleged lineup.

The informant billbil-kunwho is one of the most reliable sources in the video game industry thanks to his impeccable track record, published a new article on Dealabs where it reveals the supposed list of video games that will be incorporated into PlayStation Plus in the second half of July.

According to the insider, the service will welcome at least 7 new games. The most interesting on the list is Crisis Core -Final Fantasy VII- Reunionthe remastered version of the PSP classic. For those who are not familiar with this proposal, Square Enixit is worth remembering that it is a prequel that delves deeper into the history of Zack Fair, Cloud Strife and Sephiroth.

The second most eye-catching game from the supposed July lineup is No More Heroes 3the third installment of the famous action franchise directed by Goichi SudaFans of the saga are in luck, as it seems that Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes – Complete Edition will also join the PS Plus library.

The insider notes that other games will also be part of the July lineup, but he was unable to identify them. Either way, we recommend that this information is not confirmed. Sony will likely reveal the official list on July 10th and the announced games will arrive on the service on Tuesday July 16th.
