The ‘ex-dividend’ listing date has been set for July 15, so from this day on the shares will be traded without the right to receive it, as reported by the company to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV). .

Specifically, Prosegur Cash will pay a maximum total dividend of 30 million euros, to be paid in four equal payments, which will be made through the entities participating in the Society for the Management of Securities Registration, Compensation and Settlement Systems (Iberclear ).
