In its most recent digital media reputation ranking, data tracking and research company SCI Mago ranked Portafolio as the third most reputable digital media in Colombia and the first among the national economic press.

The measurement, which has three annual editions, is carried out taking into account four digital indicators: authority score, referring domains, citation flow and trust floweach with a weight equivalent to 25% and a score is assigned.
According to the firm, the results define the relative position of the media that make up the ranking and allow a comparison of digital development and leadership. The analysis, furthermore, It is carried out with the support of researchers and data analysts.
In this year’s edition, Portfolio appears in third place in the national ranking with an index of 57.50 and in position 545 in the world ranking. The first two positions, for their part, are occupied by EL TIEMPO, with an index of 68.00, and El Espectador, with a 63.75.

The ‘top’ 5 is completed by Semana, with an overall score of 57.75, and Caracol Televisión, with a 54.00.
Now, At a global level, the classification is led by the New York Times, with an index of 87.25; while at the Latin American level that position goes to El Comercio, from Peru, with a 72.50.
It should be noted that, according to the data recorded on the ranking website, Portafolio has maintained that position in the last four editions of the list.
