Police evacuate Arc de Triomphe in Paris over bomb threat

The police evacuated the Arc de Triomphe in Paris this Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. after receiving a call from a hidden number. According to local media reports, a bomb threat in the Parisian monument, so they have decided to evacuate the hundreds of tourists. The authorities are finding out if it is a false notice.

The security forces and bodies have created a security perimeter around the Arc de Triomphe and in a part of the Avenue des Champs-Elysées for caution. A canine unit has been deployed to carry out tracking tasks. Several soldiers have positioned themselves around the monument along with dozens of police officers.
