As usual, Niantic celebrates this event in its games and of course this year it will not be left out Pokémon GO. The company has not yet revealed the main event, but has already confirmed that there will be a Community Day with this theme, since the protagonist Pokémon will be the Candle Pokémon.
That’s right, the star of October’s Community Day will be Litwick, the creature that debuted in Pokémon Black & White (in the Unova or Teselia region). This creature will appear in the wild more frequently on Saturday, October 15 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (local time).
Best of all, it will be easier to find the shiny or variocolor version of Litwick, so Trainers will be able to register the entire evolutionary line (Litwick, Lampent and Chandelure) in this rare version.

What other bonuses will there be at Litwick Community Day?
Additionally, players will receive triple Experience Points (XP) per catch and double Candy. The chance of getting XL Candy will be doubled for Trainers level 31 or higher.
Lure Modules and Incenses will have a duration of 3 hours and it will be possible to do 2 special exchanges per day and half of the Stardust will be required.
Players that evolve Lampent into Chandelure will cause the latter to learn the move Poltergeist. Of course, you should know that this bonus will only be available during the event and up to 2 hours later (7:00 PM).

There will be stickers alluding to the Candle Pokémon in the store, as well as 1 USD 1 pack that will offer a special Research story that will offer many rewards.
4-star Raids will return and players will be able to join after the main 3 hours of the event are over. There you can find Lampent and if you defeat him for 30 minutes more Litwick will appear 300 meters around. It is important to mention that players with Remote Raid Passes will not be able to join this type of Raid.
