Pokémon GO: March 2023 Community Day date

Pokémon GO is in an interesting streak of content that you can not miss. During December 2022, the developer company niantic enabled a special Community Day where all the outstanding creatures of the year appeared. While in the first months of the year, it enabled up to two of these events.

In March the dynamics of Community Day will change again. Through the official blog, the date, times and characteristics of this double event were announced. That’s right, two creatures will appear in the wild.

“We can finally announce that Slowpoke and Galar Slowpoke, the Stunned Pokémon, will be the stars of the Community Day in March,” shares the official blog of the mobile video game.

Both versions of Slowpoke will appear more frequently from 2-5pm on March 18. Remember that there will be a small chance that you can also capture a shiny version of the Slowpoke.

If you evolve it, you’ll get the special move Surf, which does 65 damage in trainer, gym, and raid battles. “Evolve a Slowpoke or Galarian Slowpoke during the event or up to five hours after it ends to get a Slowbro, Galarian Slowbro, Galarian Slowking, or Galarian Slowking that knows the charged attack Surf,” adds the portal.

• Double Candy for catching Pokémon.
• Double the chance for Trainers level 31 and above to receive Candy ++ when catching Pokémon.
• Bait Modules activated during the event will last for three hours.
• Incense (except for Daily Adventure Incense) activated during the event will last for three hours.
• Take snapshots during Community Day if you want to be surprised!
• One additional special exchange is possible, up to a maximum of two per day.
• Trades will require 50% less Stardust.
