Pokémon GO The Community Day in March has already closed, which was a complete success. On March 18, Niantic surprised the mobile gaming community with the appearance of two versions of Slowpoke, the one we all know from the first generation and the one from Galar.
In April, it will be the turn of Togetic, the evolution of Togepi. “We can finally announce that Togetic, the Happiness Pokémon, will be the star of April’s Community Day!”, details the developer company.
April Community Day date
On April 15, the next Community Day will take place around the world. From 2pm to 5pm local time, Togetic will spawn more frequently in the wild.
In turn, if you evolve it into Togekiss, you will get a unique move that can be used in trainer, gym, and raid battles: Aural Sphere, which does 100 damage.

Community Day Bonus
- Double Candy for catching Pokémon.
- 1/4 distance to hatch when Eggs are placed in incubators for the duration of the event.
- Double the chance for Trainers level 31 and above to receive Candy ++ when catching Pokémon.
- Bait Modules activated during the event will last for three hours.
- Incense (except for Daily Adventure Incense) activated during the event will last for three hours.
- Take snapshots during Community Day if you want to be surprised!
- One additional special exchange is possible, up to a maximum of two per day.*
- Trades made during the event and up to five hours after it ends will require 50% less Stardust.
- Togepi may appear by hatching 2 km Eggs obtained during April Community Day hours (Saturday, April 15, 2023, 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time). The Togepi that appear when hatching these Eggs will have the same chance of appearing as Shiny Pokémon as the Togetic that appear during the three hours of Community Day in April.
Once the event ends, Togetic will appear in level 4 raids: “When you complete a level 4 raid against Togetic, more Togetic will spawn around the Gym where the raid was held for 30 minutes. With a bit of luck, you just might come across a Shiny!”, adds the developer company.
