If you couldn’t attend last Community Day, you should know that there is still content during June in Pokémon GO. Nianticthe developer company, has shared the first details of the Dark Flames event, which will debut a creature: Turtonator.
“To the left, the roars of the flames.
To the right, a tunnel of endless darkness.
Fire-type Pokémon or Dark-type Pokémon, which one would you go up against?
Will you fan the flames? Will you let the darkness consume you?
Choose your destiny during the new Pokémon GO event “Dark Flames” where more Fire-type and Dark-type Pokémon will appear in the wild and in raids.
Also, Turtonator, the Fire- and Dragon-type Bombturtle Pokémon, will be coming to Pokémon GO for the first time in raids, and you might even see a Shiny with a bit of luck!
Also emerging from the utter darkness is Mega Sableye, the Dark and Ghost-type Pokémon Dark, for the first time we’ll see it in Mega Raids!
We wish you good luck, Trainers, you’re going to need it.”, reads the official description of the event.
From June 29 to July 2, players will be able to find Turtonator in raids. Only a few will be lucky enough to see it in its shiny or variocolor version, so you will have to enter several raids to find it.
As for the mega raids, Niantic will highlight Mega-Sableye. While the rotation of wild encounters will change during the dates to bring us some fire or dark type creatures. This is the updated list.
