By not having a Community Day of Pokémon GO in sight for the last weeks of June, niantic unveiled a fun event that will reward players who go out at night to capture creatures. It is about the Solstice on the Horizon, where the creatures will change into their wild form depending on the day and night.
“Don’t miss the opportunity to see which Pokémon are active during your favorite moments during the Solstice on the Horizon event, with Pokémon associated with day and night!”, details the company in the announcement of this update.
The event will be available from June 16 to June 25. After that date, gamers should prepare for the next Community Day. If you want to know more about this latest event, you can enter the report that we shared earlier.

special investigation
The Solstice on the Horizon event isn’t the only thing coming to Pokémon GO. A special investigation with Cosmog as the protagonist was also announced. Trainers of level 5 or higher will be able to access at no cost.
If you pay $5, you can play in the Starry Sky a second time and meet Cosmog once more.
“Ticketed Trainers will have access to the Special Research story during the Solstice on the Horizon event. To receive the Special Research, simply open Pokémon GO sometime between Friday, June 16, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. and Sunday, June 25, 2023 at 8:00 p.m. local time. After receiving the special research, you can complete it at any time”, adds the developer company.
