Phanteks launches its Polar ST CPU coolers from less than 25 euros with synthetic copper powder heatpipes

In addition to the new Phanteks AMP GH power supplies that we have already talked about, the company has launched two new heatsinks calleds Phanteks Polar ST, with the models Polar ST4 and Polar ST5.

These heatsinks are made up of four 6mm diagonal heatpipes and are made of synthetic copper powder, a material that, according to the company, provides better thermal conductivity. The heatpipes are flattened at the base to come into direct contact with the surface to be cooled, in this case the processor.

Heat is carried away to a 5-fin aluminum frame connected to a 120mm 4-pin Addressable RGB-lit fan. It is capable of pushing an airflow of 84.26 CFM at 2.57 mmH2O static pressure with a noise level of 35.7 dBA at its maximum speed of 2,000 RPM.

The Phanteks Polar ST is compatible with all current sockets on the market: AMD AM4 and AM5, and Intel LGA 115x, 1200, 1700, 2011/3 and 2066. There is no support for Intel’s upcoming LGA1851 socket.

The price of the new Phanteks heatsinks remains as follows:

  • Phanteks Polar ST4 – 120 DRGB Black: 24.90 euros.
  • Phanteks Polar ST5 – 120 DRB Black: 29.99 euros.

They include Phantkes thermal paste with 4.3 W/mK of conductive capacity.
