PFSTECH closes 2024 with a turnover of 45 million, 50% more, due to acquisitions

MADRID Dec. 31 () –

The technology division of the PFS group, PFSTECH, closes 2024 with a turnover growth of 50% to a total of 45 million euros, driven, for the most part, by “strategic” acquisitions through which it has consolidated its position in America and Europe .

For its part, Ebitda registered an increase of 40% in the year compared to the end of 2023, standing at 15 million euros. Specifically, the group’s strategy has been focused on the integration of four companies in America and Europe, including EMC Legal Software, a specialist in artificial intelligence and automation of legal processes; Buro365, a company focused on data management for the credit cycle in Peru; AIS, expert in advanced analytics for financial entities; and Innova, an Andalusian company that optimizes processes for SMEs using SaaS technology.

Additionally, the firm has allocated 5% of its sales to R&D projects and more than 600 hours to training its team. Following the integrations, PFSTECH has around 490 employees and a presence in eight offices in six countries.

“This growth is the result of our integration strategy, which has expanded our international presence and improved our technological offering,” said the financial director and deputy executive director of PFSTECH, Jorge Giner.

By 2025, PFSTECH aims to reach 52 million euros in turnover and 20 million in Ebitda, with an estimated organic growth of 60% and inorganic growth of 40%.
