Introduction and Technical Specifications of the PCSpecialist Nebula Elite
In this Review of the PCSpecialist Nebula Elite we will describe one of the high-performance gaming computers from PCSpecialist with a better choice of components from the company.
This is a team that, without losing sight of its objective of executing all types of games at the highest quality, opts for a combination of a Core Ultra 7 265KF next to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 Superaccompanied by 32 GB of RAM, 2 TB of SSD and a LianLi Lancool 205 tower with good appearance and cooling, all decorated with ARGB lighting in most of its components.

Design and Connectivity
As with other desktops we have tested from PCSpecialist, the PCSpecialist Nebula Elite arrives perfectly packaged in its box, including a custom foam protection that prevents the components from moving. To start using the PC you just have to open the lid, remove the filling and turn on the equipment.
The careful assembly stands out, with all the cables routed to the rear, leaving the minimum visible, and allowing air to pass through the two front fans and which are responsible for removing the rear fan and the two upper ones that go with the radiator. liquid cooling.
When turned off, the mirror effect of the cooling block is striking, and also the support for the ZOTAC RTX 4080 SUPER that PCSpecialist includes just below it.
The Lian Li LANCOOL 205 Mesh box in which this equipment is mounted has a compact size, but it makes good use of the space and there are no components that feel “compressed”. Even the graphics card has room between it and the front fans, to the point that another radiator would fit in there in case of a future expansion.
The neatness of the assembly continues on the rear, with all the cables perfectly fixed to the structure using cable ties. The truth is that It’s nice to see it.
The source that gives life to the equipment is a Corsair RM850x located at the bottom and from which come the cables that power the different components, all of them also fixed with cable ties, leaving the entire rear area with a very clean finish.
The box itself includes an ARGB controller and fan HUB, so that we can play with the lighting effects directly from the dedicated button on the front area. The fans and the cooling block are connected here. RAM and GPU are also added to the RGB ecosystem.
At the rear connectivity level, we have that offered by the RTX 40800 SUPER with its three DisplayPorts and one HDMI, along with the ports of the ASUS PRIME Z890-P WiFi motherboard. Here there is another DP and HDMI (which are not used on this PC, since it does not have integrated graphics), along with a Thunderbolt 4.0, several USB-A of different types, RJ45 2.5 GbE, audio connectors and two outputs for the magnetic antenna included for WiFi 7.
On the top front panel, another USB-C is followed by two minijacks, two USB-A, and the RGB and power buttons.
He PCSpecialist Nebula Elite has Lian Li’s box with some customizationssuch as the front logo or the letters that form the brand on the side tempered glass.
Beyond these details, and the pre-installed control software, the design and features are the same as if we bought the parts separately and assembled them ourselves (adding, naturally, the convenience of assembly and also the guarantee it offers).
It is a device with a quite elegant design, but if we turn on the lights, it is very striking. We can configure by software, or directly from the dedicated button, the type of lighting and colors, from slightly more discreet single color variants, without actually turning off the lighting, to dynamic multicolor effects so as not to go unnoticed.
The tempered glass side allows you to fully see all the components and the lighting system.
PCSpecialist Nebula Elite Performance
He Intel Core Ultra 7 265KF It is the version without integrated GPU of the Core Ultra 7 265K that we analyzed at the time. It is, therefore, a processor of the new Arrow Lake architecture with 8 P-Cores and 12 E-Cores for a total of 20 threads, since it does not have hyperthreading.
It has a base speed of 3.3 GHz for the E-Cores and 3.9 GHz for the P-Cores, and can go up to 4.6 and 5.5 GHz maximum boost respectively. All this with a TDP of 125 W (up to 250 W with Boost).
It is a processor that, like the rest of the Arrow Lake, fails to clearly leave behind the processors of past generations of Intel, being an architecture more focused on better efficiency than on offering a leap in pure performance.
However, this 265KF is a fairly balanced solution for gaming, and has performed very well accompanied by the RTX 4080 SUPER, specifically, the ZOTAC RTK 4080 SUPER Trinity Black Edition, with its own cooling system.
It is accompanied by 32 GB of RAM at 5,600 MHz and a 2 TB 4×4 PCIe SSD that falls below 4 GB/s. It is, therefore, not one of the fastest PCIe SSDs, and it falls quite far behind when compared to a high-performance PCIe 5 model.
At the gaming level, the PCSpecialist Nebula Elite performs wonderfullyand we can play at 1080 with maximum detail or at 4K without having to make hardly any concessions. Games like Black Myth wukong, without rescaling, remain at an unplayable fps rate, a symptom of the current times, where not even an RTX 5090 It can handle games like this or Cyberpunk 2077 without using rescaling techniques to render at a lower resolution. Of course, if we apply these rescalings like DLSS, then there will be no game that can resist even at maximum quality in 4.

Temperatures and Noise
The truth is that we were surprised by the noise level of the PCSpecialist Nebula Elite, and for the better. Even when we played or carried out performance tests or temperature tests, the noise generated by the equipment was low, allowing us to be next to it without discomfort.
The five fans and the liquid cooling system do their job, and the GPU with its three fans can also run without making a fuss.
In this context, the maximum GPU temperatures have remained low, and the CPU, which is generally more critical in temperature, has not exceeded 82º.
Analysis and Conclusion
The PCSpecialist Nebula Elite continues to represent the good work of PCSpecialist when it comes to building a PC. All components are assembled perfectly, and the organization of all of them, along with cable management, is excellent. No matter where we look at this team, even under the back cover, it is a pleasure to look at.
On the other hand, the choice of components is very good. In a gaming computer it does not always make sense to take the most expensive processor of each generation, and, even without offering a notable performance jump compared to the previous generation, The Core Ultra 7 265KF is a good alternative with a more contained price than his older brothers. The RTX 4080 SUPER is a very capable card, ideal for moving virtually any game even at high resolutions.
Also noteworthy is the good thermal performance of the equipment and the low noise levels it achieves.
The 32 GB of DDR5-5600 MHz memory is an ideal complement, and the 2 TB of NVMe 4.0 SSD offer solid performance, although perhaps a slightly faster SSD would better accompany the rest of the components. In any case, like all PCSpecialist computers, the user can choose the components they want, so this configuration that we have analyzed can be adjusted to the needs of each one.
The only negative point we have found has been dealing with the Norton bloatware, really annoying and obstinately reminding us that it is installed with hundreds of meaningless alerts and reminders for us to check out. Today, this type of bloatware should not be preinstalled with computers in this range.
Beyond this detail, the truth is that the PCSpecialist Nebula Elite is a computer with an excellent choice of components and for a price that barely deviates from what it would cost us to assemble a similar piece of equipment. Without a doubt, an ideal option for those who want a high-performance device, with quality components to taste, but everything pre-assembled ready to plug and play, and with the peace of mind of having support and warranty.
