Frank Yeary will serve as interim board president during the search and adaptation period to the new director. Intel Foundry, Intel’s foundry business will remain unchanged. The board has appreciated Pat’s workwhich has invested heavily in the business of Intel foundry and adapt the facilities to manufacture with state-of-the-art processes.
