Palestinian doctors denounce at least eleven dead in an Israeli attack on Gaza City

At least eleven people have died, all members of the same family and seven children among them, in an Israeli attack that occurred this Saturday in Gaza City.

According to the Gaza Civil Defense, an Israeli projectile hit the home of the Al Gul family, in a two-story residential building that collapsed on its occupants.

“The home housed several displaced people and has been completely destroyed,” reported Civil Defense spokesperson Mahmud Basal.

Basal has also indicated that an Israeli unmanned aircraft later flew over the area and opened fire on a medical team that tried to approach the place, according to comments collected by the newspaper ‘Filastin’, related to the Islamist movement Hamas.

More than 45,700 people have died in the Gaza Strip due to the military offensive launched by Israel in response to the attacks of October 7, 2023, according to the new balance published this Saturday by the Gaza Ministry of Health, which puts the number of victims at 59. fatalities and 273 injuries recorded in the 24 hours prior to the publication of these estimates.
