Outlook for Windows debuts support for modern, custom AI themes

Microsoft You are making a huge effort with the Outlook email application, both Windows Outlook and the traditional web version.

For example, they recently released the ability for Outlook for Windows to work without an Internet connection, fulfilling a requirement.

With this feature, you can connect to Outlook in Windows without having to connect to the Internet as long as you had been connected a few minutes ago, making it ideal for specific network breakdowns.

Now Microsoft has confirmed that Outlook will receive new modern themes and support for custom AI themes and that can be created with the help of Copilot.

In addition to support for custom AI themes, Outlook will also include four new modern themes.

These new themes will work in both Outlook for Windows and Outlook Web Apps, although there are no details on what these new themes will look like.

According to the roadmap, both the general availability rollout of modern themes and Copilot-based themes will begin in November 2024.
