Oppo presents the new ‘smartphone’ A97 5G, with Mediatek Dimensity 810 processor

the chinese company Oppo has presented its new mid-range ‘smartphone’ Oppo A97 5Ga device equipped with a 6.5-inch LCD screen and a processor Mediatek Dimension 810.

This model succeeds the Oppo A96, a device present only in its 4G version in Spain, where it arrived last April in two colors (Starry Black and Sunset Blue) and with a single configuration of 8GB of RAM and storage space. 128GB internal.

For his part, the Oppo A97 5G incorporates a dashboard LCD 6.6-inch with Full HD + resolution and a refresh rate of 90Hz. In the camera section, it has two lenses on the back: a main 48-megapixel (PM) and another macro, 2MP. The selfie camera is 8MP.

This device is equipped with a Mediatek Dimensity 810 processor, which enables its access to the latest generation networks, that is, 5G. Also, the A97 incorporates a 5000mAh battery and a 33W fast charge mode.

At the connectivity level, the device includes a dual SIM card slot, support for 5G, Bluetooth, a USB-C port and a 3.5 millimeter (mm) headphone jack. In addition, it has dual stereo speakers and a fingerprint sensor on the side button.

With a weight of 194 grams, this ‘smartphone’ has a single configuration of 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. In addition, the new Oppo integrates the Android 12 operating system with the ColorOS 12 customization layer.

This new device has reached the Chinese market at a price of 2,099 yuan, the equivalent of about 310 euros at current exchange rates. It is available in two colors (blue and black) and, at the moment, it is unknown if it will reach other markets. Among them, the Spanish.
