Open call: Annual Meeting of the Chilean Society of Physiological Sciences 2022


Until September 12, researchers and students will be able to send their proposals to plenaries, symposiums and outreach to the community to be part of the XXXVII Meeting Annual of the Chilean Society of Physiological Sciences to be held on the 22nd to 25th of November in La Serena, Chile.

After two years in remote mode, the Chilean Society of Sciences
Physiological invites researchers, researchers and students to be part of this
space for meeting and collaboration to be held in person from 22 to
November 25 in La Serena. This meeting is a platform to publicize the
latest research and advances in the area of ​​Physiological Sciences in Chile and the
world.

Return to face-to-face meeting

Zully Pedrozo, Doctor in Biomedical Sciences and president of the Chilean Society of
Physiological Sciences, highlights the role of students in this activity: “For us
As a society, it is very important that our students can
participate, share your work with the scientific community and thus, we can be part
of his training. In this way we can encourage them to continue doing
research in physiology, which is what interests us.

Our annual meetings are a fundamental space in the work of the Chilean Society of Physiological Sciences, to meet and interact with other colleagues, generating a space for scientific discussion and collaboration. We hope that this meeting, where we will be able to share in person, will also serve to relax and have fun doing what we like the most, science in physiology”.

Among the activities to be carried out in the thirty-seventh version of the meeting, there will be
with symposiums organized by students to publicize their latest work;
symposiums of new and new members; and symposiums on physiology education where
teachers will have the opportunity to show what methodological changes have
carried out to improve teaching, plenary sessions and extension activities.

Regarding the meeting, Dr. Pedrozo concludes: “We call for you to participate in this
meeting. I hope that all our members and partners, as well as anyone from
interested science, can attend our meeting, so that we can once again have that
face-to-face interaction, in a friendly space, where we can present and
hear about the investigations we are carrying out.
