At least one person has died this Thursday due to a new attack carried out by the Russian Army against the Ukrainian province of Kherson, located in the south of the country and partially occupied by Russian troops, according to what the Ukrainian authorities have denounced.

The Kherson Prosecutor’s Office has indicated in a message on its Telegram account that the victim is a woman residing in the town of Belozer, while detailing that the attack was carried out with artillery at around 7:20 a.m. (local time). .

“As a result of the enemy attack, a resident who was in the courtyard of her house received serious head injuries that were incompatible with life. Another resident was injured,” he said.

Likewise, it has stressed that several houses and crop fields in the area have suffered material damage, while stressing that “a preliminary investigation has been opened into the fact of a violation of the laws and regulations of war”.
