The authorities of the Russian region of Belgorod, located on the border with Ukraine, reported this Tuesday that one person has died and three others have been injured in an attack carried out by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the city of Shebekino.
The governor of Belgorod, Viacheslav Gladkov, explained that a civilian has died “as a result of the direct hit of a projectile” against an apartment, while two women have been taken to hospital with various shrapnel wounds in their arms and legs, and a man received medical attention at the scene for a concussion.
As a result of the attack, nearly twenty homes have been damaged, while one private home has been seriously damaged as a result of a direct impact. In addition, a dozen vehicles and electricity lines have been affected.
