October 12, 2024: After 8 years at the Savannah Regional Film Commission, it was announced this week that Deputy Director Katie Schuck has seized the opportunity as film commissioner of the Dallas Film Commission.
“We will truly miss the energy, passion and knowledge he has brought to Savannah’s film and television industry. “This office would not be what it is today without her, so thank you for years of dedication not only to the film office but to the area that we all love very much,” the Commission announced this week.
