Whether we like it or not, rescaling technologies are being adopted by many game developers, leaving behind the times where graphics cards competed to offer the greatest power to move titles in maximum detail.
Today there are technologies such as NVIDIA DLSS (Deep Learning Super Sampling) that allow GPUs to render scenes with a lower resolution and then apply different filters and technologies to generate a higher resolution image.
DLSS 3 It is the most advanced of the NVIDIA versions, with support for intermediate frame generation, and now comes four new games: Throne And Liberty, Until Dawn Arrives, Starship Troopers: Extermination and The Axis Unseen.
NVIDIA promises performance of up to 2.6 times higher when using this technology in 4K resolution.
In the case of the Throne And Liberty and The Axis Unseen, we also have support for the “NVIDIA Reflex” latency reduction technology, while in the case of Until Dawn Arrives we also include support for Raytracing in reflections and in the ambient occlusion.
All of these releases are now available to purchase on their different platforms, increasing the catalog of titles compatible with DLSS 3 on the RTX 40.
