“We appreciate that the Norwegian government is making efforts to provide Ukraine with more such systems, but it also has the tools and capabilities to help us obtain Patriot systems from other countries,” he said.
“I have no doubt that Norway is doing everything it can. All this does not happen in one day,” conceded Kuleba, who insisted that this weaponry must be delivered to Ukraine “as soon as possible.”
