For better or worse, we live in a time when subscription services dominate a significant portion of entertainment consumption. Rockstar Games is no stranger to this trend, and in 2022 launched its own initiative offering exclusive benefits to members. It seems that Nintendo Switch users will also be able to enjoy some of those advantages.
A couple of years ago, the company launched its GTA+ service, which was born as an add-on that offered extra money, exclusive events, gift cars and other items to users of Grand Theft Auto Online; however, it also began to grant other benefits to all subscribers.
Specifically, players with a membership currently have the opportunity to access a rotating catalog of the company’s games. This paid program is only available to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|Sbut it looks like it could make the jump to Nintendo Switch.

Rockstar Games’ GTA+ service could be coming to Nintendo Switch
Social media users noticed that the official website of Rockstar Games updated the list of platforms on which users with a subscription to GTA+ they can free access to the games available in the catalog. As seen in the screenshots, some titles mention the Nintendo Switch.
Yes ok Grand Theft Auto V and in consequence, GTA Online are conspicuous by their absence in the hybrid console, Red Dead Redemption, Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition and The Black These are the games that are part of the service’s library and are also available on the Nintendo platform.
In case the information is accurate and GTA+ does come to fruition Nintendo Switchit is likely that users of said console will be able to enjoy at no additional cost previous titles. That said, Rockstar Games has yet to make an official announcement, so it could simply be a mistake.
It is worth remembering that the company raised the price of the paid program at the beginning of 2024 and now it is up to 40% more expensive in some regions. The monthly subscription costs $7.99 USDand there are no annual plans.
