As you surely know, some of the most important deliveries for this year on the Nintendo platform are Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door and Luigi’s Mansion 2 HDamong others.
However, several players who pre-ordered these titles are having problems with their pre-order on Walmart and Best Buyat least in USAsince stores are canceling them.
According to information shared, some users have reported that online pre-orders for upcoming Nintendo Switch releases, such as the remake of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door and Luigi’s Mansion 2 HDthey were canceled and received a message with an apology.
As you could see, the retailer sent an email to a customer with the reason why their order was canceled. Everything seems to indicate that Nintendo will only offer this item in stores once it is launched and would not be allowing it to be available to reserve online.
It is worth mentioning that, in addition to the apology, Walmart offered a coupon for $25 USD ($416 MXN approximately) for your customers’ next purchase, so they surely won’t take the cancellation of your game so badly.
