New Samsung Odyssey OLED G8 monitor with 175 Hz refresh rate and 0.1 ms response

Samsung has added a new monitor to your Odyssey range for gamingthe new Odyssey OLED G8 G85SB. This new gaming monitor features a OLED panel and an ultra-low response rate in addition to brighter and more vivid colors thanks to OLED technology.

The new Samsung Odyssey OLED G8 features an OLED panel of 34 inches and Quantum Dots technology that offers a resolution of 3440×1440 with an aspect ratio of 21:9. This monitor has a 175Hz refresh rate and a response time of only 0.1ms. Capable of rendering 99.3% of the DCI-P3 color gamut at 100% color volume, its contrast ratio is 1,000,000 to 1.

Its panel occupies only 3.9 mm in the thinnest part

It has been built with a very thin panel design, with just 3.9mm at the thinnest partit also has a 1800R curvature for more immersive gameplay. It’s compatible with AMD FreeSync Premium to avoid cropped images and thanks to its certification DisplayHDR 400 True Black we will see vivid and bright images.

This monitor includes Samsung Gaming Hub, which is capable of connecting to the most popular streaming game services such as NVIDIA GeForce Now, Google Stadia or Xbox. All of these are powered by Samsung technology for video game streaming for a smooth experience. The monitor is adjustable in height and inclination, has connections Micro HDMI 2.1, Mini DisplayPort 1.4 and USB-C. It also has 5W stereo speakers and the new CoreSync and Core Lightning+ that lights up the back with colors adapted to images screen for a more immersive experience.
